We have asked you to visit this page to confirm the outcome of your internal gap analysis of your OHSAS 18001:2007 OH&SMS based on the requirements of ISO 45001:2018. Client’s should only complete and submit this questionnaire once you are confident that your OH&SMS has been updated to meet the requirements of ISO 45001:2018.
Upon receipt of this questionnaire, your local office will review the contents and determine whether your OH&SMS is ready to receive a Migration Part 2 audit based on the requirements of ISO 45001:2018.
